MHrecovery.ai helps people write down, ahead of time, what to do when a mental health crisis comes: the warning signs, the people to call, what helps, and what they want from the people around them.

What this site is

A small set of plain-language guides, with sources listed, and a printable safety plan worksheet. The worksheet is a page you print and fill in by hand. Nothing you write on it is ever typed into this site.

What this site is not

It is not a crisis line, a therapist, or a treatment program, and it does not refer people to treatment. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

The .ai in the name is a domain ending. There is no AI chatbot, AI counselor, or automated advice anywhere on this site.

Who publishes it

MHrecovery.ai is published by ZSKFL Management. MHrecovery.ai has a business relationship with Palm Beach Recovery Centers, South Jersey Recovery Program, Palm Beach Healing Centers, and Emerald Wellness: the owner of MHrecovery.ai also holds an ownership stake in these programs. None of these programs owns MHrecovery.ai, and MHrecovery.ai receives no referral payments. The full arrangement is on the ownership and disclosure page.

Editorial standards

Guides are written and edited by ZSKFL Management. Each guide shows the date it was last updated, and its sources are listed at the bottom.

Guides cite public health agencies, state and federal law, professional bodies, and peer-reviewed research where a claim depends on it. Where the evidence is limited or mixed, the guide says so. Every guide is fact-checked against its sources before it is published. The guides have not been reviewed by a clinician, and no guide claims otherwise.

Writing about suicide follows the published safe messaging guidelines: no descriptions of methods, no framing of suicide as a solution, and crisis resources on every page.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, out of date, or unclear, email info@substanceabusetreatment.ai, an inbox shared by the owner’s education sites, and put “MHrecovery.ai” in the subject line. Corrections are reviewed against current sources. Please do not send personal health information. That inbox is not monitored around the clock and cannot respond to a crisis.

MHrecovery.ai provides educational information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7.
